Welcome to SoulSound.
Where nature, sound frequencies, the elements, and poetry meet.
SoulSound is a new part of my Earthbound journey, creating a bridge to bring together the things that feel deeply connected to me — the Earth, nature, sound healing, the elements, meditation and poetry.
I wanted to create a space where we can not only experience nature through the plants we use, but also through sound.
Here you will find sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, and nature sounds, created to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Coming soon: meditations created to accompany your Earthbound teas. Make a cup, settle into your space, and let the sounds become part of your journey.
The elements will be woven throughout this space too.
Earth — grounding, rooting, a deeper connection with the earth and our body.
Water — cleansing with ocean sounds, rivers and rain.
Fire — transformation using the element of fire to reignite the spark within us.
Air — birdsong, wind, the rustling leaves through the trees, to remind us to stop, and breathe.
My book, SHE WHO ROSE: From Darkness Into Light, is also part of this journey. The poems within it were born through my own experiences of moving through darkness, healing, remembering and finding my way back to myself. Now I'm bringing some of those words beyond the page, allowing them to be heard and experienced through my own voice, meditation and sound.
This is not about escaping the world. It is about remembering that we are part of it.
A place to slow down, rest, relax, and fall deeper into yourself.
